- Click Settings in the sidebar (gear icon)

# Configure Store Information
- Go to Settings → Business Settings
- Fill in:
- Store Name: Your business name
- Email: Contact email address
- Phone: Contact phone number
- Address: Business address
- City, State, Zip: Location details
- Country: Country
- Click "Save"
This information appears on:
- Invoices and receipts
- Email communications
- Reports
# Tax & Currency
# Set Base Currency
- Go to Settings → Tax & Currency
- Find "Base Currency" or "Currency" section
- Select your currency from dropdown (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP)
- Currency symbol updates automatically
- Click "Save"
# Configure Tax
- In Tax & Currency settings
- Set Tax Rate:
- Enter percentage (e.g., 10 for 10%)
- Or enter decimal (e.g., 0.10 for 10%)
- Set Tax Name:
- e.g., "VAT", "Sales Tax", "GST"
- Tax Calculation:
- Inclusive: Tax included in price
- Exclusive: Tax added to price
- Click "Save"
# Multiple Tax Rates (If Available)
Some systems support multiple tax rates:
- Look for "Add Tax Rate" button
- Create different rates for:
- Different product categories
- Different locations
- Different customer types
- Assign tax rates to products/categories
# Branding
# Upload Logo
- Go to Settings → Branding
- Find "Logo" section
- Click "Upload Logo" or drag image file
- Select image file (recommended: PNG, square, 500x500px)
- Logo uploads and displays
- Click "Save"
Logo appears on:
- Receipts and invoices
- Top of pages (if configured)
- Email templates
# Upload Favicon
- In Branding settings
- Find "Favicon" section
- Click "Upload Favicon"
- Select icon file (recommended: ICO or PNG, 32x32px)
- Favicon uploads
- Click "Save"
Favicon appears in:
- Browser tab
- Bookmarks
# Customize Colors (If Available)
- In Branding settings
- Look for "Primary Color" or "Theme Color"
- Select color using color picker
- Preview changes
- Click "Save"
# Branches (Multi-Location)
# View Branches
- Go to Settings → Branches
- See list of all branches/locations
# Create Branch
- Go to Settings → Branches
- Click "Add Branch" or "New Branch"
- Fill in:
- Name: Branch name (e.g., "Downtown Store")
- Address: Physical address
- Phone: Contact phone
- Email: Contact email
- Status: Active or Inactive
- Click "Save"
# Edit Branch
- Go to Branches → Click on branch
- Make changes
- Click "Save Changes"

# View Registers
- Go to Settings → Registers
- See list of all cash registers
# Create Register
- Go to Settings → Registers
- Click "Add Register" or "New Register"
- Fill in:
- Name: Register name (e.g., "Register 1")
- Branch: Select which branch this register belongs to
- Status: Active or Inactive
- Click "Save"
# Assign Users to Registers
- Go to Settings → Users
- Click on a user
- Find "Registers" or "Assign Registers" section
- Select registers user can access
- Click "Save"
# Warehouses
# View Warehouses
- Go to Settings → Warehouses
- See list of all warehouses
# Create Warehouse
- Go to Settings → Warehouses
- Click "Add Warehouse" or "New Warehouse"
- Fill in:
- Name: Warehouse name (e.g., "Main Warehouse")
- Address: Physical address
- Phone: Contact phone
- Email: Contact email
- Click "Save"

# Change Language
- Look for Language selector in top bar or settings
- Click to open language menu
- Select your preferred language
- Interface updates immediately

- Set accurate business information - Appears on all documents
- Configure tax correctly - Affects all sales calculations

- Don't skip tax setup - Sales will be incorrect without tax

# Tax Not Calculating
Issue: Sales don't show tax
Solutions:
- Check tax rate: Ensure tax rate is set (not 0)
- Check tax settings: Verify tax is enabled
- Check product: Some products may be tax-exempt
- Refresh POS: Close and reopen POS after tax changes
# Logo Not Appearing
Issue: Logo doesn't show on invoices
Solutions:
- Check logo uploaded: Verify logo file is uploaded
- Check file format: Use PNG or JPG format
- Check file size: Very large files may not upload
- Clear cache: Clear browser cache and refresh
# Branch/Register Not Showing
Issue: Can't select branch or register
Solutions:
- Check status: Ensure branch/register is "Active"
- Check assignments: Verify branch/register is assigned to your user
- Check permissions: You may need permission to access branches
